Andrea Navedo, an American actor and author. She made a name for herself as an actor on television, starting with the soaps that aired on the daytime One Life to Live & Guiding Light. Andrea Navedo has been an American actor and singer since the 10th of October, 1977. She was born in The Bronx New York in the United States. Navedo started her acting career with soaps that aired in the daytime. Navedo was in the ABC soap opera One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. The role was a part of Guiding Light, a CBS soap-opera that aired on CBS between 1999 and 2000 as Theresa Sandoval. Her debut film was in the role of Girl 6 in 1996. She went on to star in New York Undercover, and The District. Navedo was a co-star in Double Take (2001), an action film, as well as in Washington Heights (2002). Between 2001 and 2004 Navedo played a regular role in the NBC crime drama Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. Later, he starred on Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages along with Blue Bloods. Navedo also appeared in many films, including El Cantante and Remember Me. Navedo was in How to Make It in America Golden Boy, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit from 2011 until 2013.
